I’m pulling off the most endeavor of my life:
Introducing “The Great China Adventure,” a 6.5 month journey about my study abroad in China. Unlike my previous 4 music films, this one is long - real long.
We’re talking approximately 2.5 hours, over 20 chapters, and 30 compositions.
And the craziest part? I have 2.5 months to finish. I’m essentially creating 4 music films in ONE within the same or shorter time frame. And not only that, I’m doing everything myself. Composing, editing, and directing.
It sounds completely delusional, but with my 2nd study abroad just around the corner beginning 2026, this is the only window of time to make it happen.
And when you combine delusion and life’s work, I believe I can achieve some pretty kickass endeavors.
I am on a singular objective. It is a do or die scenario. However…
I have exactly 2.5 months to pull off the most ambitious endeavor my life:
Premiere my 2.5 hour film on China by the end of the year. I’m doing everything, from composing to editing to storytelling. Zero AI, all pure craft.

A terrible fate happened: the LCD display of my computer screen cracked.
And for the past 60 hours, with my computer gone for repairs, I was unable to compose nor edit - which were all contingent on having my computer in front of me.
The highly distressing part isn’t whether the computer will get fixed or not (it’s a common problem), it’s the minutes, hours, and days that gets wasted the more time I’m unable to compose nor edit.
It’s like telling, for ~5 days:
Jordan he can’t touch a basketball
Murakami he’s unable to write or run
Beethoven he cannot play the piano
When you take the very medium extremely obsessed individuals utilize to do their life’s work, it genuinely becomes a nightmare situation.
I physically grimace in pain at the number of hours wasted, when I could’ve easily poured 25+ hours of work these past 60 hours.
Once the computer gets retrieved, it’s go time. I will wake up, pour 8-12 hours of work every day, and do it nonstop until this film gets finished. There is nothing else in my life, aside from running and health, that is at greater and more urgent importance.
Operating on a single mission. There is no other option.
